Greg Bennett
Managing Partner
3rd generation owner focused on new business, client experience and technology. Greg graduated from Virginia Tech in 2004 with a B.S. in Wood Science and Forest Products Marketing & Management, and after seven years working in the forest products industry, joined the family business in 2012. He is a 2013 graduate of the National Alliance School for Producer Development in conjunction with the Dr. William T. Hold/The National Alliance Program in Risk Management and Insurance at The Florida State University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Insurance Agents & Brokers and is an active boys lacrosse coach in his community. In his free time, Greg enjoys travel, lacrosse, hiking and spending time with his wife and two young sons.
Holly Bennett
Managing Partner
3rd generation owner focused on Personal Lines and Agribusiness Customer Service. Holly graduated from Penn State in 2002 with a B.S. in Animal Science. She worked for 10 years as a horse trainer at Al-Marah Arabian Horses in Tucson, AZ, before moving back to Maryland and joining the agency. She provides oversight to the daily agency operations and is on the Board of the Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce. In her spare time, she enjoys riding horses, kayaking and spending time with her dogs.
Tony Bennett
CPCU, CIC, Partner-Emeritus
Tony received his B.S. in Insurance and Business Administration from Ouachita Baptist University and has done post-graduate work in Logistics Management, as well as earning both his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations. He is a long-time member and Past Chairman of Insurance Agents and Brokers of PA, MD and DE (formerly PIA) and the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. He is an active volunteer at Aberdeen Fire Deparment and a member of Rotary International. Tony is currently dipping his toe into retirement as well as providing services as a Professional Witness in Insurance related litigation.
Maliah Karjikar
Operations & Media Associate
Maliah joined the F&S team as an intern during the summer of 2020 through the Edgewood High School Academy of Finance. She is a Principle’s Honor Student, member of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program alongside several honors societies, and will pursue business during her undergraduate studies. She enjoys playing Lacrosse for her school, painting, and spending time with her cat.
